Cancellations/Rescheduling
We respectfully request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate our wait list guests and to keep our stylists working. No Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. Appointment reminders are sent for your confirmation via Text and Email 3 days prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm any appointment does not count as a cancellation.
Services/Adjustments
Everyone’s hair is different. Please note that for some looks, multiple appointments may be required to reach your goals while preserving the integrity of your hair.

At The Wayward Hairdresser, our goal is for you to leave happy and satisfied with your hair. While we do not offer refunds for services, if you are unhappy with your service, please feel free to communicate with us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment.

Unopened products may be returned with proof of purchase for product credit only.
